Do you remember David Lynch’s post Twin Peaks sit-com, On The Air?

Why I don’t remember this, even though it ran for only a handful of episodes in 1992, is beyond me.

  1. Honestly, I couldn’t get through more than three minutes of this before wondering what “cocaine decisions” (Frank Zappa’s wonderful term) got this show made. (Maybe it was simply Lynch’s high – pun intended – hipness factor.) However, the opening theme is pure (and delightful) Angelo Badalamente film-noir – 55 seconds of dark paradise. I’d be happy to send the audio to you for re-posting if you’d like. (The front end is clipped on the first episode, but it’s full on he second.)
